Standard delivery is free on orders of ₹999 and above. Standard orders below ₹999 have a flat ₹90 delivery charge. Royal Priority Dispatch is ₹150 regardless of order value.

Orders are dispatched from Kannauj, Uttar Pradesh within 1–2 business days. Standard Express orders are delivered in 6–7 days. Royal Priority Dispatch orders are dispatched within 24 hours and include our velvet gifting pouch. Remote pin codes may take an additional 2–3 days.

At checkout you can choose Pay Online (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets through our secure payment window) or Cash on Delivery, where you pay the courier when your order arrives. Cash on Delivery orders carry a ₹50 COD fee.

Use the Track Order page with your order ID (for example ITT-123456) and the phone number or email address you used when ordering.

An order can be cancelled free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Email hello@ittare.com with your order number and we will confirm the cancellation and refund.

Because itras are sealed perfumery products, we can only accept returns where the item arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered. Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and product. Approved claims are replaced free of charge, or refunded in full if a replacement is unavailable. Opened or partly used bottles cannot be returned unless the product is faulty. Return shipping on a valid claim is at our cost.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to details you provide.
